Old City Jerusalem is like nothing we have ever experienced! It is like entering a different world when you enter through the ancient gates, which date to 8 BC! There are areas of the city that are for Muslim worship, areas for Jewish worship and areas for Christian worship. We visited the Western Wall which is also known as the Jewish Wailing Wall. Here the wall is split into two sides, one for men and one for women. We saw processions of Christians walking through the streets and hearing the Muslim call to prayer in the background. It was amazing seeing and feeling the different faiths worshiping separately but in the same area.
