A lot of the cities in the US are affordable but they suck. Most of the nice one is too expansive. In this video, we will find that happy medium.

Some of these cities have new industries springing up and may be worth looking into. If you work in Green Energy, Data Rooms, Business Services. insurance, or digital asset management and before you call a real estate agent, you should watch this video. Hope you enjoy it.
