I'll tell everyone of you, if you're willing to hear me what your biggest problem is. You think you shouldn't have them. Depression, frustration, anxiety, pain, dissolution, it's just a natural part of the process of becoming a stronger version of yourself. You gotta go through all sorts of ups and downs, challenges, disappointments, minor successes and setbacks. You're gonna have to fall down and hurt yourself a couple times. Because if you got what you wanted without the challenge associated with the pain, it wouldn't really be yours. A life without pain is a life without challenge, and a life without challenge is a life without growth. Cause problems are what make us grow. Problems are what sculped our soul, problems are what make us become more. If we can realise that life is always happening for us not to us, game over. All the pain and suffering disappears. Your problem is your gift. I've trained myself to not let anything get to me. It took year after year of me telling myself, I will be great. I won't let anything stop me. And I won't let anything change my mood. Yes I have emotions, but I've trained myself not to go off how I feel. There is nothing or no one that can hold me back from being great. From this moment forward, your change starts today. It's easy to give up, it takes courage to fight back. You have to go into it with the knowledge that it ain't gonna be easy, it's gonna be a f*cking battle. Not just any battle, this is a fight of life and death. And it takes courage to face that sh*t, but you have got it inside you I know it. It doesn't matter the situation, it doesn't matter how bad your life looks right now, this is not the end. You have the key to your mind. Nobody else. I'm telling you right now, you have a choice. You have a decision. You have to make up your mind right now at this moment. Cause there's a better life for you, and it's waiting to be unlocked.
